Almost at year end of 1 year new home warranty. We wanted to ensure that any items that need repair at the builders time and expense were caught before the year warranty ends. Ernie came out and performed a complete inspection of our home from top to bottom. Testing all appliances, electrical and plumbing as well as structure integrity. These items can be tough to find on your own and having the expertise and knowledge of what to look for is Ernie's strength. A complete final inspection report was provided prior to him leaving our home. He took the time to go over items which need attention as well as things to look for in the future. Great personality and easy to talk with. He did not rush through his explanations of items. I highly recommend Ernie and Homer Inspection Services.
